You approve what VNMSFX can access and where the work goes.
No shared passwords. No private files sent through this website. Before paid work begins, we agree in writing what VNMSFX can see, what AI can use, where results go and how access is removed.
The short version
SIGHT is the standard VNMSFX system. It does not change your books, orders, inventory or payments, and it does not send customer or vendor messages. It may deliver results to the named person on your team. It shows the agreed records, what needs attention and where the answer came from. Your team makes the decision.
Before paid work begins
- The written agreement names every tool, record, date range and field the project may use.
- It names how access is provided, what the access can actually do and who can remove it.
- It names the exact business AI product and company account, what it may receive and how long it may keep data. Client records never go into a personal AI account.
- It names the folder or workspace your company owns where results will live.
- For a Build, the signed Build Plan names everything the system will do, when it will run, where the result appears, who reviews it and how it will be tested.
- It names how working copies are handled, when they are deleted and how access is removed when work ends.
How access works
Access must use an account in my name that you can remove, a separate account your company creates for the system, a permission screen you approve, or an export you provide. VNMSFX never asks for a shared employee password.
If a tool cannot limit the connection to viewing only, I tell you before connecting. You approve the wider permission or provide recurring exports instead.
Where records and results live
Your original records stay in your existing tools. The signed plan names the restricted folder or workspace your company controls where final results must go.
The signed agreement must state whether any temporary working copy is needed, where it lives and its deletion date. No private record is accepted until that route has been tested.
How AI is used
AI may help read, sort, summarize and draft. It does not decide whether a real problem exists.
For paid work, every important answer must show the records behind it, the rule checked and what could not be verified. Important totals must be recalculated outside AI. If the records cannot support the answer, it must say needs review instead of guessing.
VNMSFX does not make accounting calls. VNMSFX drafts the operating rule and shows the records behind the result. The client confirms how the business works, and a qualified finance person decides any accounting treatment or important financial conclusion.
What I never need
Card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or employee personal files. If a system holds them, access is scoped so they stay out of view.
When work ends
There is no universal one-click removal. Each account and connection must be removed in the tool that created it. The final handover includes a written list of what was transferred, removed or deleted and anything still waiting on an outside provider.
The signed agreement must say who to contact if something goes wrong, who must be told and how every account and connection will be removed when work ends.
Current boundary: the website and free teardown collect no passwords, private exports, financial records, customer lists or confidential screen-share. Paid client-data work opens only after these controls have been configured and tested for the engagement.
