SITEPrivacy

Privacy, in plain words.

What this website and its providers receive, what VNMSFX uses it for and how to ask about your information.

This website

  • vnmsfx.com sets no advertising trackers and runs no third-party ad pixels.
  • Apollo.io runs on every page of this site and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view. It stores an anonymous visit ID in your browser's local storage, not a cookie. VNMSFX uses it to see which companies are reading the site, so outreach goes to businesses that have already shown interest. Apollo handles that information under its own privacy policy.
  • Hosting through Vercel keeps normal request logs, including IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts receives the IP address, browser details and page request needed to send the font file.
  • Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. It stores anonymized page, referrer, general location, browser and device information for aggregate reports.
  • If your link contains a campaign tag, this site keeps that tag in session storage for the current tab. If you click a Cal.com booking link or a Stripe payment link, the tag is added to that URL and sent to that provider so VNMSFX can see which outreach led to the booking or payment. The site does not use it to build an advertising profile. Closing the tab clears the stored tag.
  • The Leak Check keeps five plain funnel milestones in session storage: check started, check completed, email submitted, teardown clicked and teardown booked. If you submit the check, its first three milestone times are stored with the answers you chose. No name or email is added to the campaign tag or analytics event.
  • Because the current Vercel plan counts page views but not custom events, a teardown click briefly opens a VNMSFX route before Cal.com, and a completed Cal booking can return to a VNMSFX confirmation route. Those route views provide aggregate counts; the booking record and the VNMSFX prospect ledger remain the source for who booked.

Booking and payment

  • Cal.com receives the information you enter to schedule and manage the meeting under its privacy policy. VNMSFX uses the booking information to prepare for, run and follow up on the meeting and to keep necessary business records.
  • If paid work opens after a written agreement, payment is handled through a private Stripe payment link or invoice. Stripe processes the payment under its privacy policy. VNMSFX does not receive or store the full card number through this website.

Email

Email is kept as a business record. VNMSFX does not sell it or share it for third-party marketing.

Client data

Private client records are not collected through this page or the free call. If paid work opens, the signed agreement and data plan govern those records; the Security page explains the boundary.

Your rights

Email brandon@vnmsfx.com to ask what VNMSFX holds about you or request a correction or deletion. I may need to confirm your identity, and some records must be kept when the law or an active agreement requires it.
