An established retailer goes quiet.

First — the Leak Audit
On the free call, I choose the process in your business most worth checking. I send you a one-page Audit plan that says exactly what I will review and why. You approve it before paying. After you approve the plan, sign the agreement, pay and provide the agreed access, information and answers, I confirm the start date and deliver the Audit within five business days. The report shows what happened, whether anything was missed or delayed, what is still unknown and whether I recommend building a system. Nothing is installed or changed during the Audit.
Then — test the first working part of your system
If the Audit shows there is a useful system to build and you continue, your team can test its first working part within 10 business days after the Build starts. It does one real job and shows the problem, the information behind it and the next step.
By week eight — every planned part is ready for final testing
Before the Build starts, you receive a written Build Plan that lists exactly what the system will do, what it will connect to and how your team will test it. By the end of week eight, every promised part is ready for final testing in accounts your company controls. The full Audit and Build can use up to four included tools or recurring files. Month three is for testing, training and handover.
Month three — test, train and hand over
Your team uses the system while I am still there. I retest it, finish the instructions, train your team and hand everything over. After you accept the finished system at handover, you get 30 days of no-cost fixes if it stops passing one of the written tests it passed at handover.

A New York food brand ran its biggest annual campaign yet—with one system keeping the work visible.
Eighteen partner brands donated product to a New York food brand’s annual holiday giveaway. The team had to track who donated what, when shipments would arrive, every shoot detail and every follow-up before one launch date.
The work lived across inboxes and memory. One unanswered email could mean missing product, a late shoot or a vendor left waiting until the launch was already under pressure.
I built one system that showed what was confirmed, what had arrived, what was still missing and who needed to act next. The team could ask where the campaign stood and see the full picture immediately.
With the system in place, the brand completed its biggest campaign yet. It got bigger without becoming harder to control.
This was an earlier vendor follow-up system—not a Leak Audit or a recovered-money case study. It shows the same VNMSFX method: make unfinished work visible while there is still time to act.

If you sign the Build agreement and make the first Build payment within 60 calendar days after receiving a completed, non-refunded Audit, your $2,500 Audit payment is applied to Build month one. After 60 calendar days, the credit expires and a new Audit is required. At today’s prices, restarting would cost $15,000 from the new Audit through handover; the earlier Audit payment does not carry forward.
What the $15,000 includes
The Audit checks one important process in your business from start to finish. Across the Audit and Build, I work with up to four included tools or recurring files. The Build delivers one AI system your company owns, step-by-step instructions, team training and handover. After you accept the finished system at handover, you get 30 days of no-cost fixes if it stops passing one of the written tests it passed at handover.
Each Shopify store, business account, mailbox or recurring file the system checks counts as one of the four. Your company AI account and any workspace used only to show results do not count. Before work begins, I tell you exactly what is included and what happens if one cannot connect.
The Audit does not automatically become a Build. I recommend a Build only when the Audit shows there is one useful system I can deliver for the stated price and timeline. If not, you keep the completed Audit and we stop there. I do not invent work to force a sale.
You receive a refund only if the Audit finds no real issue within the process, information and dates listed in the written Audit plan. A Build is a separate decision: I recommend one only if there is a useful system worth building. Your Audit may find a real issue but still end without a Build recommendation.
Any outside software the system needs is separate from the $15,000 and remains your monthly cost after handover. Most small-brand Builds should plan for about $100–$300 a month. A lean setup may be $50–$125; a complex or high-volume setup may be $300–$800 or more. Before you sign the Build, you see the exact products, expected cost and spending limit.
If I find nothing real, you get the full $2,500 back.
If I complete the Audit and find no real issue backed by the orders, emails, reports or files listed in your written Audit plan, I refund the full $2,500 and you keep the report. A hunch or a file I cannot access does not count as a finding. I do not invent a problem to sell you a Build.
The result covers only the process, information and dates listed in that plan—not your whole business.
Launch price. This is the first version of the VNMSFX Leak Audit and Build. The $15,000 launch price applies to the first two complete VNMSFX Builds. Pricing will be reviewed after those Builds are documented.

How long does this take?

What if you disappear?
SIGHT runs in accounts your company controls. The results and step-by-step guide stay with you. Before handover, I make sure someone on your team can run SIGHT without me. Outside software can still change or need maintenance.
Why not just hire someone?
An ops hire may still spend hours rebuilding reports and chasing updates. SIGHT keeps checking the process reviewed in the Audit and shows the problem, supporting information and next step to the person responsible. Your team keeps the decisions.
We don't use any AI tools yet
That is fine. Outside software is paid directly by you and sits outside the $15,000. Most small-brand Builds should plan for about $100–$300 a month. Before you sign, you see the exact tools, expected cost and spending limit.
We already use ChatGPT
Your team uses SIGHT through your company’s AI account, such as Claude Team or ChatGPT Business. I build the approved connections behind that chat, tell SIGHT what to watch for and make every answer point back to the original order, email or file. Your information never goes into anyone’s personal AI account.
We already bought a CRM once
A CRM tracks sales activity. It usually does not compare what happened across your store, inbox, inventory, accounting and sales tools or show where work got stuck between them. VNMSFX connects only the information you approve and brings the problem into one place.

Is our data safe?
Do not send passwords or private records through this site or the free call. Before paid work begins, we agree in writing what I can access, how I can access it, where the results will live and how access is removed. I never ask for a shared password.
