AI VISIBILITY AUDIT$750 · 3 business days

AI is answering questions about your brand right now. You’ve never seen the answers.

Buyers, buyers’ assistants and retail teams now ask AI what to buy, what to stock and whether a brand is legit. The assistants answer from whatever public information they can read—right, wrong or missing. The AI Visibility Audit shows you exactly what they say: 25 real buyer questions, three named AI assistants, every answer screenshotted, and a plain-language plan to fix what they get wrong.

Touch or hover any cell to see the buyer question behind it. Every cell is a real answer, screenshotted on a stated run date, scored one of four ways. The pulsing red cells are the wrong answers—those, the absences and the rival recommendations become your gap list, and each one gets a plain-language fix.

01The exact process

The 25 questions. Nothing hidden.

These are the questions, with your brand, category and competitors filled in. Each one runs as a fresh conversation in three named AI assistants—the report names the assistants and the exact run dates. Every answer is screenshotted the moment it renders. Nothing is paraphrased.

  4. Best {category} for {use case}?
  5. Who makes the best {product} right now?
How each answer is scored
  1. Correct — you’re mentioned, the facts are right.
  2. Wrong — you’re mentioned, but a fact is wrong: your price, your product, your policy, your story.
  3. Absent — you’re not mentioned where a buyer would expect you.
  4. Rival — a competitor is recommended instead of you.

{brand} {category} {competitor} {region} {use case} — filled in for your business before the run. Up to two competitors, chosen from your own market and named in writing before anything runs.

Run them yourself if you want — the questions aren’t the product.

A real run is 75 separate fresh conversations, each screenshotted, dated, scored and filed — about a day of careful work — and running them from your own logged-in account can skew what the assistants say about you. The $750 is the run done right: the evidence set, the gap list and the fix plan. The assistants build their answers entirely from public information, which is why auditing the public surface is auditing the exact thing that decides what they say.

02What the bad cells look like

Wrong, absent and rival — shown with the invented brand.

Uncle Ott’s is the same invented horseradish brand from the sample Leak Audit. Every answer below is invented too. In your report, each of these is a real screenshot with a run date.

Wrong — a money fact

“Uncle Ott’s Root Club subscription costs $30 a month and can’t be paused.”

The invented club costs $24 and pauses anytime. A buyer who hears the wrong price and the wrong policy doesn’t email to check—they move on. The fix plan names the page that must state the real terms in words a machine can read.

Absent — not in the answer

“For corporate gifting, consider Root & Rally or Grate Plains.”

Asked for the best {category} brands to gift, the assistant lists two rivals and stops. No insult, no error—just absence. This is the most common finding and the one founders never see coming, because nothing looks broken.

Rival — recommended instead

“Looking for an alternative to Uncle Ott’s? Old Volga Foods is the stronger pick for wholesale.”

Asked directly about the brand, the assistant hands the buyer to a competitor—with a reason. The report shows which public information that reason was built from, so you can answer it where the machines read.

03What you receive

The evidence, the gaps and the fix plan. Yours to keep.

What it costs, what it takes

One brand per engagement. You confirm your brand facts—products, prices, policies—so wrong answers can be proven wrong. That takes you about 15 minutes.

The audit uses public information only. No passwords, no exports, no customer data, nothing confidential. There is nothing to install and nothing changes on your site during the audit.

Delivered within three business days of go: agreement signed, payment made, brand facts confirmed. If I miss the three days, you get a refund.

Credits in full

Toward the Leak Audit

The $750 credits in full toward the $2,500 Leak Audit when that agreement is signed and paid within 60 calendar days of delivery. After day 60 the credit expires.

They answer different questions. This audit shows what AI tells your buyers. The Leak Audit follows one process inside your business and shows where it leaks time or money.

What this does not promise.

The report proves what the named assistants answered on the stated run dates, with screenshots. Assistants change their answers; a later re-run is a new engagement, not a defect. Fixing your public information improves what machines can read—but nobody controls what any assistant says next, and I will not pretend otherwise. No promise of future AI rankings, recommendations, mentions, traffic or revenue.

There is no found-nothing refund on this audit, because absence is itself the finding: if the assistants don’t mention you at all, that is the thing you needed to know.

The answers already exist. You just haven’t seen them.

Every day, somewhere, an assistant answers a question your brand should be the answer to. Send me your brand name and site. I’ll confirm the category and competitors with you, then run it.
