Now the county has thirty days to decide whether to turn off the power. A judge who has no law for this. An insurance adjuster who has to put a price on a frozen person. A mayor who sold the policies in 1998 and has been billing the town for the electricity ever since. And the Steward, whose mother is in capsule nineteen.
